White tea is the most minimally processed of the teas made from the Camellia sinensis plant. The buds are picked when leaves are very new and tender, then lightly wilted and dried. This tea comes from Nanping Town, Simao District in Puer City Yunnan province of Southwest China. High elevations, rainfall and cool climates year-round help to create the classic white tea characteristics - fresh and delicate flavours. The tea is produced with one bud and one leaf - one side dark and the other is white which is why it’s called Ancient moonlight.

For the best results, brew at 80 degrees for 2 minutes. Use a dose of 1.9 grams for 100ml of water. Infuse twice.
