This classic example of Chinese green tea is grown and harvested in Nanping Town of the Simao District, Puer City, Yunnan to the south east of the country  One bud and two leaves are picked and withered before being loosely rolled. The dried leaves are long, slender and light in colour with a slight fuzz. The producers of this particular tea are committed to progressive methods of pest control that often pose a threat to their crops, and have been able to deliver this tea organically. The liquor is light and bright in colour, gentle, buttery and well rounded.

Available in 40 gram and 80 gram canisters.

For best results, brew at 80 degrees for 2 minutes. Use a dose of 1.9 grams per 100ml of water. Infuse twice.
