This incredibly fragrant and aromatic green tea comes from hand picked and rolled leaves. It was grown in the Yunnan province of China. Jasmine flowers are picked and placed over the tea, where they open and bloom, releasing their scent and infusing the tea leaves. This is an artisan process, and this tea is a beautiful showcase of it. This tea is harvested in the spring flush.

Available in 60 gram canisters.

For best results, brew at 90 degrees for 3 minutes. Use a dose of 1.3 grams of tea for 100ml of water. Infuse twice.
