The producer of this coffee, Maria has been directly involved in coffee for a number of years. Her parents and grandparents have worked at Finca La Esperanza for over 80 years and have inspired and instilled a passion in Maria, and she continues their legacy. This farm name means ‘the hope’ and was a meaningful way for the family to contribute towards a fair and decent living.

One of the things Maria Esther enjoys the most about coffee is the aroma. She says it brings back memories of childhood.
