This farm produces gorgeous organic green tea, spanning over about 8ha in Kawanabe, Minamikyushu-city in Kagoshima. The tea garden has been operating since 1998 on a fertile plateau with access to a vital water source. This organic Sencha is lightly steamed Asanoka cultivar which is beautifully rich, vegetal and complex with sparkling minerality.

Available in 60 gram canisters.

For best results, brew at 75 degrees for 45 seconds. Use a dose of 1.8 grams for 100ml of water. Infuse twice.
